By accessing or using Annotix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Annotix provides AI-powered image annotation tools for e-commerce product images. Features include automatic component detection, manual annotation editing, and image export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service to spam or harass others
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and display your images as necessary to provide the Service. Our software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits purchased do not expire. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
